    A class primarily focused on technical boxing skills and cardio conditioning. You will learn offensive and defensive movements and techniques. Whether you want to compete or just learn the fine art of boxing, this is the class for you.

    We incorporate compound-strength movements to build a strong body and mind. We believe the harder you train in the gym, the less you bleed on the battlefield. Kettlebells, Barbell movements, Bodyweight training, and other tools, paired with our unique training methods, will help you become the strongest version of yourself.

  • Unique Training Tools

    Have you ever heard of a belt squat, reverse hyperextension, plyo swing or earthquake bar? Or seen anyone train with chains or strength bands or sleds? We use many unique tools to strengthen your weak points, build a strong back, legs and overall total body, and challenge you in different ways.

Strong Style Athletics

Getting strong by yourself is tough, but training with others will make you tougher. We challenge many of our athletes in various ways to challenge themselves but also encourage our athletes to challenge each other. Breaking your personal records and helping others achieve theirs is extremely rewarding.
