  • Beginner Boxing

    A class primarily focused on technical boxing skills and cardio conditioning. You will learn offensive and defensive movements and techniques. Whether you want to compete or just learn the fine art of boxing, this is the class for you.

  • Intermediate Boxing

    After 3 or more months in our Boxing program, you will advance to learning more effective combinations. Intermediate to Advanced offensive and defensive techniques. And you will also gain higher levels of conditioning. This program has developed some of the highest-level boxers and multiple world champions.

  • Professional Boxing

    We have a team of over 25 amateur and professional fighters who compete locally and on the highest levels. If your goal is to compete, you must have 6 months or longer experience in our program or previous training and meet some of the specific requirements that our coaches have set.

Questions About Strong Style Boxing

Does Strong Style offer beginner boxing class in Broadview Heights?

Yes. Our programs are designed for every level. Most members are new to boxing and start with our fundamentals class before progressing to our intermediate options.

Can any member take a boxing class?

All of our memberships besides our gym-only plan, allow members to take as many classes as they want including boxing.

Will I have to box other people during class?

While some of our classes offer opportunities to work with partners, you won't be sparring with anyone.

What type of equipment do I need to take a boxing class?

Each of our boxing classes requires members to have 16 oz. boxing gloves and hand wraps.

Do I have to purchase boxing gloves before my first class?

No. Members have the option to rent equipment like boxing gloves for $7.

Need Gear?

We offer everything you need for your first boxing class. Members can either rent their boxing gear at the front desk or visit our pro shop to purchase their first set of gloves.
